Is the App free to use?
The ConfiNotes App is FREE. Other special features in the App are premium. However, these special features do not affect the basic functionalities of the App which are free by default. Donations are welcome as they are needed to keep the ConfiNotes App up and running.
How can my friends send a secret message to me?
Your friends need your ConfiNotes Profile Link to send a secret or anonymous message to you. You receive a Profile Link after the creation of a ConfiNotes account. You can find your Profile Link in the Profile Section in your ConfiNotes account.
How long are my messages stored on the ConfiNotes Server?
There is no expiration for your messages. Your messages are safe and stored in our servers. However, if you wish to completely lear all your messages from our secure servers, please reach out to our Support Department via [email protected]
Can I customize my Username or Profile Link?
You need to have a Premium Account to be able to customize your Account Username or Profile Link.
