Add your people and open a period
Name the Space, list the people to be reviewed, and open a collection period. Reviewees hold a seat but never get an account, an email, or a login.

Share one link, or a QR code
Reviewers open the link, answer your questions, and send. No sign-up and no login — and their name is never shown with what they wrote.
- Step 3
Close the period and read the results
Closing is what publishes results: charts per question, a page per person, and every written answer. Export to CSV, JSON or plain text.

Your own questions
Write the questions that matter to you, rated 1–5 with your own words at each end, plus one written answer. Change them between cycles without rewriting what people were already asked.

Charts per question, a page per person, and every written answer — published when you close the period. Export to CSV, JSON or plain text.
Readers are free
You pay for the people being reviewed. Colleagues who sign in to read results are unlimited and never counted, with roles for who can manage, read and export.

A reviewer’s name is never shown beside their review — not to your team, not to the person reviewed, not in an export.
